Summary: How to hide  Encryption key

Initial Comment:
Hi,

I want to hide a file content using DES Algorithm.
The file can downloaded by any user. but user can't
read it's content. 
Python application can't hide source code.
If I use ROTOR,DEC ,I must specify a key.
user can read the key from source code.
So encryption is useless. 
Can you tell me how can I do .Thanks.
