Summary: randpool.py FutureWarning

Initial Comment:

PyCrypto seems to be a nice piece of software.

I have just started using it this weekend and did notice
the following output, sometimes, on stderr on a linux
system using Python version 2.3b1 with PyCrypto
version 1.9a6 and ezPyCrypto version 0.1.1.
---

/usr/local/lib/python2.3/site-packages/Crypto/Util/randpool.py:161: FutureWarning: hex/oct constants > sys.maxint will return positive values in Python 2.4 and up
  self.__counter = (self.__counter + 1) & 0xFFFFffff

---
This output is intermittent but I did save a copy of the
output as shown above.
