M2Crypto changes, please test

I just checked in a bunch of changes to M2Crypto, including the OpenSSL
const changes (tested with OpenSSL 0.9.7 d, e, g), some memory leak
fixes in *.i files, and patches submitted by others for some additional
functionality.
