Thanks.  My build was erroneously trying to hash an instance.  Perhaps I
applied the wrong fix, there being another cause?

Nonetheless, Context.py in revisions 279 and 280 (svn) both are missing the
tics, and I am using SWIG 1.3.24 which doesn't seem relevant.
