M2Crypto Release Candidate 1

I want to get the gears rolling towards the next M2Crypto release (0.14
perhaps, but not yet sure).

In this M2Crypto release:

* Support for OpenSSL up to 0.9.7g
* Support for SWIG 1.3.24
* Support for Python 2.4
* Twisted integration
* Eliminated C pointers from interfaces (some may still remain in callbacks)
* Many cases where Python interpreter crashed have been fixed
* Improved thread safety of many callbacks
* Memory leak fixes
* And of course more of the OpenSSL API is covered, new docstrings and
tests have been written

This is a call for people to test the Subversion revision number 308,
which is the release candidate. To get the source, do this:

svn co -r 308 http://svn.osafoundation.org/m2crypto/trunk m2

Please report on this list if you think there are any blockers for this
release.

* Debian (testing)
  - OpenSSL 0.9.7e
  - SWIG 1.3.24
  - Python 2.3.5
