M2Crypto 0.17 Roadmap

M2Crypto 0.17 is turning out to be mostly a minor bugfix release. My
plan is to do code freeze on December 4, 2006, and immediately roll the
first release candidate. After a week I'll do another release candidate
(assuming changes were required), and the plan is to do the release on
December 15, 2006.
