Automatically generating ctypes bindings with ctypesgen

I've not seen this posted on this list before;

ctypesgen can generate ctype based bindings for you automatically, all 
you need is GCC.

I've seen a few of these before but they always required a special XML 
version of gcc, ctypesgen uses a regular version of gcc

Disclosure; I'm a commit'er on the project so I'm not in unbiased when I
