Bug in ctypeslib: size_t not mapped to c_size_t

In the current subversion version of ctypeslib, size_t seems to be
treated as not built-in, and hence in the bindings generated by
xml2py, it is defined (on my system, to c_uint), whereas for
portability it should be rendered as the ctypes built-in type
c_size_t.
