array memory-managed?

Hello,

I have a simple little question.  Does this sequence

In [1]: import ctypes
In [2]: b = (ctypes.c_int * 100)()
In [3]: b = 42

represent a memory leak?  If so, what is the right way to free the  
array of 100 ints?
