build ctypes with Xcode 4.1 on Lion

Hi there,
Did anybody build ctypes on OS X lion successfully? When I tried that, I got
following errors:

lipo: can't open input file:
/var/folders/76/q0m1hsc11fx50hgwjkp9dpf80000gn/T//ccJnti9c.out (No such file
or directory)
error: command 'llvm-gcc-4.2' failed with exit status 1

Could anybody tell me the reason of this, and possible solution. Thanks a
lot.
