ORA-12154: TNS:could not resolve the connect identifier specified

I am using Windows 7 (64Bit) and from within the Python command prompt I am able to connect to a Oracle database using cx_Oracle. When the same connection (With the same user/password etc) is made from a Web Application (Django/mod_wsgi) then I get the error ORA-12154: TNS:could not resolve the connect identifier specified Here are my versions in use 1. Python 2.7.6 (default, Nov 10 2013, 19:24:18) [MSC v.1500 32 bit (Intel)] on win32 2. cx_Oracle.version - '5.1.2' 3. mod_wsgi‑3.5.ap22.win32‑py2.7.zip 4. Oracle Release 10.2.0.1.0 5. httpd-2.2.25-win32-x86 I am not sure why it would not work from within the Web App. Please help.
