DDL Error

I had a working set of Gensim code.  Then I was migrated from a 32-bit windows computer to a 64-bit Windows computer.  I reinstalled anaconda with spyder and gensim onto the new 64-bit computer.  But now I get the attached error.  (Attached picture.)

ImportError: DLL load failed: The specified module could not be found.

Line 1 in my code is this:

# -*- coding: utf-8 -*-

What could be my issue?
