Re: anaconda python 3.5 + windows 7 + cx_Oracle 5.2?

Have you installed the correct version of the Oracle client and is it on 
the path?

eg.

PATH=C:\oracle\x86-32\product\12.1.0\client_1\bin;...

That's ALWAYS been my problem when I've gotten that exception from 
cx_Oracle.
