Hi everybody,

first of all I am very sorry for doing this release so late. I have tons
of work to do and another little project that "steals" some of my
hacking time. Anyway, psycopg 1.1.20 is here with the fix for the
time/dates problem and the ability to build on win32 using Makefile.msvc
again. Download it from:
