psycopg repository moved to bzr

Hi *,

with help from James psycopg repository (psycopg1, psycopg2, dbapi
programming and geotypes) has been moved to bzr. This will allow for
easier contribution and integration of patches (there are at least 2
people out there behind a firewall: they need a local branch to diff).

We'll keep the original SVN layout with tags directories removed and
replaced with real tags. If you have write access, just use:

bzr+ssh://initd.org/bazaar/psycopg

while read-only access is available using HTTP:

http://initd.org/bazaar/psycopg
