I believe I'm having this problem but even using psycopg v1.1.21 I still
keep getting this error.

I tried to check pg_stat_activity trying to find the problematic command but
it is a high traffic database and I am not used to postgresql maintainance
and I couldn't reproduce the error, I only get it in a random way in
application where I get the errors by e-mail.

And I also tried to install londiste and I noticed that I was never getting
the initial copy done, probably due this problem, but even having SSL off I
still can't get this working, so I have a really big problem that I can't
find any workaround.
