psycopg homepage

Current psycopg homepage does not give good impression
about the state of the project.

As maintaining own website is a bother, how about making
page on main postgres wiki as official homepage, eg:

  http://wiki.postgresql.org/wiki/Psycopg

We are moving into same direction with skytools homepage:

  http://wiki.postgresql.org/wiki/Skytools

Main point is to make easier for others to contribute to pages.


Another way of improving the presence would be to use some
*forge like site which provides full infrastructure, but
I don't know if you are interested in that.
