Help me in error of importing psycopg2 in python

Hi,
I've installed python 2.6.2 on windows and Postgres 4.0
I've downloaded psycopg2.
Compiling psycopg2 with mingw32,
Install it.
But when i import psycopg2, i receive an error message:

on
