Just a quick check and things don't look too bad, the conditional import of ImageFile has already been taken care of. The main visible change with 2.12 is that buildout is the preferred way of installing Zope. Buildout uses eggs so we have to eggify the PscopgDA and possibly provide a recipe for it. Under the hood most of the Zope 2 subsystem has been replaced by stuff from the Zope 3 project.
