I just checked in piro's documentation into psycopg2 main git repository:

Let me say he did an awesome work.

@Daniele, I'd like to have the documentation in a subdir of doc/
(module? source?) and the generated HTML directly in doc/html and not in
doc/_build/html. This because from next release on I'd like to include
generated documentation directly into the tarball. Comments? Ideas?
