serializable and exceptions

Dear all, any chance we will see a dedicated exception for a "can't serialize" error in transaction isolation level "serializable" ? It is essentiel to be able to know when that condition occurs as opposed to other failure causes as one wants to retry the transaction in that case. Right now one would have to pattern-match the message delivered with the exception.
