I have to build on native Windows but I don't like it.

I've been able to build PyPgSQL-2.3 with Visual Studio 6. It builds under
Visual Studio .NET too, but crashes somewhere in the DLL initialization
code. Seems to be a memory problem (the crash seems to occur in one of the
Rtl*Alloc functions in NTDLL).

Anyway, Windows is only for development computers, the target is Linux :-)
