PgNumeric and NULL values

Hello! I am playing around with PyPgSQL and found interesting behaviour: Updating numeric field with values of '0.00' generates query, trying update with 'NULL'. Since column is defined as 'NOT NULL', update fails with exception: "OperationalError: ERROR: ExecUpdate: Fail to add null value in not null attribute...
