PG_True/PG_False instead of PgTrue/PgFalse documentation Bug?

Hi.

In the readme, the PgBoolean constants are documented as being PgTrue
and PgFalse. However, in libpq, they appear to be PG_True and PG_False.
I'm using the latter, because it works. Is it just that the
documentation is wrong?
