Test errors

Aloha all,

After installing pypgsql on my Mac OS X 10.3 with PostgreSQL 7.4, I get
the following errors on the test suite (see below).  The archive shows
that this problem has been reported twice before, and apparently fixed,
but I couldn't find the fix.  Please note that this is the initial
installation of pypgsql on my machine.
