PyPgSQL build for Windows that'll handle PostgreSQL 8?

Hi.  Does anyone have a build of PyPgSQL for Windows XP and Python 2.3
that'll handle PostgreSQL 8?  In particular, does anyone have one with
mfuhr's fix for bug #1006782 that they could send me?  (Don't have a C/C++
build environment set up; know I should do it, but would like to put out
this fire first...)
