providing arguements updated

i have since found way around the % limitation only to be hit with a 
different problem
i am trying to perform a modal operation ( it's in order to change DOW 
from starting on a sunday to starting on a monday ) but i get the 
following error
ValueError: unsupported format character ' ' (0x20) at index 317

this is my code
