This is the first mention of pyPgSQL v3 I have seen - or in
fact any other *mentioning* of ongoing development. I think
pyPgSQL isn't half bad technically but does need an odd post or
another on the list every now and then. Say, one or two a month
would do. It would immediately stop making users feel like they
are dealing with an opaque, immovable entity.
