HELP!! --- libpqmodule.so: undefined symbol: PyUnicodeUCS2_EncodeDecimal

Hello,

I'm having some strange troubles with pypgsql. When i run a python cgi 
script that tries to access the postgresql database when running on 
apache, i keep getting this error.

ImportError: ./libpqmodule.so: undefined symbol: 
PyUnicodeUCS2_EncodeDecimal

The funny thing is that i don't get this error when i run the python 
script without apache. Anyone know whats going on? Its been causing me 
lots of problems and i don't know how to get around it!
