coexisting 1.1 and 2.3 on win32

Hello,

Win32 installer for pysqlite-2.3.2 installs pysqlite2 module but 
installer is named pysqlite and uninstalling version 2.3.2 removes both 
packages (1.1 and 2.3).

Please change installer name to pysqlite2.
