   I was wrong. There was an argument/parameter mis-match between the calling
function and the OnOpenDB() function. Once I got them in sync the problem
went away.

   Also, in three places I made reference to 'sqlite. ...' when the import
specified the name as 'sqlite3'. Fixed that, too.
