The documentation is also used for the standard Python sqlite3 module
which is a snapshot of a pysqlite version.

The RST and Sphinx markup used for the documentation does support
substitutions (eg it could substitute |name| for pysqlite or sqlite3
depending on context) but not in all places.

What would probably be most useful would be a page in the doc explaining
the difference between the pysqlite1, pysqlite2 and sqlite3 modules.
