I don't have the Microsoft compilers and use the free GNU ones instead.
 In this case it looks like the Microsoft VC9 compiler isn't too fond of
regular C code.  I have changed it to be something the compiler should
like, but will need you to test it for me.  Please respond to me
directly as there may be a few other places the MS compiler barfs.  Once
all is done I'll also do a new APSW release which will correspond with
the upcoming SQLite 3.6.13 release.

Grab http://apsw.googlecode.com/svn/apsw/trunk/src/exceptions.c and
replace the src\exceptions.c file and try the 'setup.py build' command
again then get back to me - [email protected]
