[pysqlite] [OT] Trac spam

Trac spam has become a lot better since I introduced my custom ReCaptcha
 registration module.

Apparently manpower is too cheap, especially that using Chinese DSL
providers, so I switched away from ReCaptcha and put a new challenge in
there where you need to have a Python prompt available when you want to
register a Trac account ;-)
