While at changing the DBAPI: would it be ok to reformat it in reST?
Not only for aesthetic reasons, but also to provide anchors to refer
to: in psycopg docs there are several cross references to the api and
they can only be to the whole file, not to the point being referenced.
I can do it if you want.

As soon as the API is updated I'll implement the context managers for
the next Psycopg release.
