Re: Export status for setuptools (18.0.1)

I believe the answer is it is Not Controlled, however, I am not an authoritative source on that, and if you’re shipping a finished product that includes Python or Python libraries, you should probably get with whoever is responsible for compliance and have them do the compliance work here.

Also you should use a newer version than setuptools 18.
