Discussion on handling various User Agents in Linehaul/BigQuery on PyPI

Hey there!

I’m trying to sort out what people are expecting behavior wise from the BigQuery statistics for PyPI. I’ve opened up an issue on Linehaul (the daemon that handles processing those statistics) at https://github.com/pypa/linehaul/issues/44 <https://github.com/pypa/linehaul/issues/44>.

If anyone has any opinion on what we do here, please feel free to weigh in on that issue.
