I am using Matthew Brett's manylinux builder setup (https://github.com/matthew-brett/multibuild) for reportlab and just started to
see this

> ImportError: cannot import name 'open_for_csv'
at the same time my appveyor builds have started to fail with this

I assume these are related to wheel changes just announced. Certainly the multibuild docker was updated to use 0.32.0
I'm not sure if I have to do something or how I can fix this.
