Thanks for the report.  I think that's fixed now, in the `devel`
branch of multibuild.

Nathaniel just merged the PR to Manylinux, so I think there is no
longer any need to pinning the wheel version (doesn't need pinning on
Mac, already pinned on Manylinux).
