Hi, all

Today (Sep 1st), I was working to generate .pot files from Python 3.8
documentations,
and finally I finished it!

The correspondences between Transifex project and Python version are
partially changed.

before)
Transifex project name =E2=86=92 Python version

Python    =E2=86=92 3.7
Python 3.6 =E2=86=92 3.6

after)
Transifex project name =E2=86=92 Python version

Python   =E2=86=92 3.8
Python 3.7 =E2=86=92 3.7
Python 3.6 =E2=86=92 3.6

In other words, Transifex project "Python" is for the newest version of
Python.
So, version 3.8 superseded version 3.7, and translation of 3.7 is now store=
d
in the Transifex project "Python 3.7".
