I have received your invitation as Coordinator of the Indonesian Language
Team.
Thank you, will learn about the role later.

currently, I got a message on Transifex that I need to "sign" document on
https://www.python.org/psf/contrib/contrib-form/
with bugs.python.org account.

is it related to my new role as Coordinator, or this is a new requirement
that
do all translators have to sign that form?

do you have information about that?
