Adjustment of toctree depth

Hi all,

I have a suggestion about toctree depth of index pages,
such as "Python Setup and Usage."

Since Python documentation is hard to grasp items listed on index pages,
only items located at top and second level in toctree would be shown
in order to mitigate burden of reading the documentation.
