Dear Doc SIG members, oon and Julien,
sorry for the very late response.

As Julien mentioned, files named "0" (0.pot, 0.po, etc) were created
due to the change of the Sphinx command option "-D gettext_compact=0"
behavior.
This bug was resolved last month by the Sphinx maintainer tk0miya! Very
thanks!

So I deleted all files named "0" in transifex projects (Python, Python 2.7,
Python 3.8)
and related GitHub repositories.
