I identified two people from sourceforge history who are not listed in github history: @hardcoded and @jfrayne (Joe Frayne) Not sure who @hardcoded is? Brian, do you have the history before 2006? If not, then we have to assume that you are the only contributor before migration to sourceforge in 2006.
