git-based tutorial system

Hi,

I want to have "record" and "playback"  tool for coding tutorials.
Git seems quite suitable as DB for such case.

Maybe you know such tools?

ps.: commit messages would hold explanations -- that can be read TTS to
have voice in tutorial :)
pps.: or commits could  be very granular (example, on each word/token
change)
then tag annotations  would hold the explanations
