Yes I think so:

[root@jesus-plone ~]# rpm -q libiodbc
libiodbc-3.52.6-1.i386
 [root@jesus-plone ~]# rpm -q unixODBC
unixODBC-2.2.12-9.fc10.i386

The problem is " ImportError: No module named ODBC.unixODBC"

Should I register something?

Have you got unixODBC or iODBC installed on your system and are they visible
to your user?
