MacOSX version of mxODBCZopeDA not available?

I'm trying to download the Mac OS X (PPC + Intel - 32-bit) version
of mxODBCZopeDA, and I get a 404:

http://downloads.egenix.com/python/index/ucs2/egenix-mxodbc-zopeda/2.0.1/egenix_mxodbc_zopeda-2.0.1-py2.4-macosx-10.4-fat.egg?python=py2.4_ucs2

This is for Zope 2.10 and Plone 3.x (Python 2.4 UCS2).

Any word on when this might be available?
