[f2py] Wrapping C data structures using f2py

Hi,
Can f2py wrap C data structures. I mean, can it handle derived data types ?
I need to wrap a C data structure and searched on the net, but I don't seem
to find relevant information. It'll be great if anyone can let me know of
the capabilities f2py in handling C data structures
