[f2py] Newbie Problem

I'm running under windows.vista  I have Cygwin installed. 



I ran: 

f2py -c fib1.f -m fib1 

with the results shown in the attachments. 



I don't understand: 

Visual Studio 2003 was not found on this system. If you have Cygwin installed, 

you can try compiling with MingW32, by passing "-c mingw32" to setup.py. 



Which setup.py do I use?
