Okay, I am not understanding something. I tried all of these:

{'real':{'pr':'double'}}
{'real':{'real(pr)':'double'}}
{'real':{'REAL(pr)':'double'}}
{'real':{'kind( 1.0d0 )':'double'}}

and a few others that just did not seem right but wanted to complete the
matrix. I doubted the case would have made the difference, but had to
pedantic when my first attempts did not work. I guess that means the FAQ
is not quite enough for me to understand what needs to go
into .f2py_f2cmap.
